However, I retain the rights to the music unless there is a separate contract specifying compensation for the rights (giving away rights or commercial rights).Asanity & ReVYVE (label) aims to create a DMCA-free space for everyone to enjoy music, so you can trust that I want the best for the community. Keep in mind that if you want to maintain the rights to the music, you will need to keep track of it yourself or hire someone to do so, as unauthorized use is your responsibility. I also upload the albums to digital stores. If you're unsure, you can check out the albums I've done for Arianna Foxton, Juniper Actias, as they're happy with the final result.The (only) digital delivery date will be determined after I had received the commission information. You'll have access to 2-3 feedback rounds during the first week, depending on whether it's a single or album. I work pretty quickly, so by the end of the first or second week, I'll have completed 50-80% of the work (depending on the project), which is still a good time to make minor tweaks since we've already discussed most of the details, and I have sufficient data from your content.I reserve the right to upload and share the process of creation on social media and use it in my online portfolio, unless we agree to a fee payment for privacy reasons. I can stream the full version in stores.All payments are done in USD.For payment, I accept PayPal (Invoice) and offer two options: full upfront payment or two instalments, if eligible.If you require full rights to the product, an additional 100% of the final price will be charged. My services include one limited commercial (this doesn't include physical goods, only digital distribution) and personal use licence by default, except for clients who are companies (who may require an additional fee for digital distribution).Please note that my services (such as songs, effects, mixes, etc.) must not be related to NFTs and cannot be used for AI training by you or your partners.
